Horrible Service From KFC

I placed an order on the KFC app and received an sms confirming my order to be delivered after 25 minutes. Waiting for over an hour and when I called them the told me to wait another 15 minutes. Later when I went to the store was told that my order was canceled and can only refunded after 14 days
