Horrible service from KFC

If I could not give any stars I would just do that!!!the driver never delivered my food..I called their customer care line at KFC amd they referred me to Kfc Bree Street who told me I.must get a voucher from head office ,they cant do anything if the driver took the food!!!I ordered online..so now I am without food ..I dont have a car and no one answered at the customer care line..this is terrible
