Horrible service

Logged a complain about a branch which offered a horrible service at Dawn Park, till to date KFC has not responded to my complain about the service at KFC Dawn park where we were made to wait for one person's order while our orders were ready, I even asked why did they not ask him to park on the side while preparing his order than make all of us wait. We were eventually made to reverse at the drive through.
