horrible service

i had bed experience with KFC online delivery I placed an order no email no sms for over 2 hours but they deducted ,money from my acc when o called they were so rude telling me anout 24hrs to get my money back ,

same thing happened last friday i placed telephonic order but they never came to deliver.
