Horrible Service ever received in my life

I bought a meal from KFC Boulder shopping Cente a week ago and the food quality was so disappointing as I am pregnant and was really craving the food but the quality was so disappointing.I felt like the food was left over from the day before and I immediately reported this.I got an email as this was done via Mr D but still today I haven't received my refund or any positive response.I am so disappointed and I want my money
