Horrible Service

Hi, I'm Mateboho Ndumo from Vaal(Vanderbijlpark) I have a problem with KFC Vanderbijlpark,Cnr Hans Strijdom& General Smuts Str, normally I go and buy around 13H00,and I don't normally buy for myself only I also buy for Colleagues. I use drive through and they refused to do more than1 transaction,everytime i have to buy and go around and queue again until I'm done buying,I even involved manager but she refused to assist. So KFC is worried about time taken to sell?You are not worried About reaching your monthly budget? You rather loose a sale because you cant allow us from Drive through to make more than1 transaction? Is it only KFC Vanderbijlpark or it applies to all the branches? There's no communication outside that you cant make 2 or3 transaction, so unprofessional!!

If the Policy applies to all KFC Drive through Nationally,I wont buy from KFC again,but I will make sure the world knows about this.
