horrible service

on the 17 of July 2025 I received a horrible service from kfc fountain plaza peotea glen ext 31 from the drive though lady called "xiluva" the lady has an attitude she refused that i should pay two orders with different cards and when i want to transefer to onother card so i can pay with one card,she goes n call the her senior still i bought one order cz she refuse what i wanted i tried to complain to kfc web they just said they need more evidence,xiluva from protea glen fountein plaza change your attitude my girl
