Horrible service by Agreement in KFC Attiredgeville

I would like to lodge a formal complain against one of your employees at KFC Attiredgeville by the name of Agreement .

Please note that this employee did not have her name badge on. I only discovered her name after retrieving my slip and after calling for the supervisor she quickly out on her badge.

1-I went to the store today 03Feb21 she had a customer before me and soon after the customer left I approached her till which she (Agreement) left me at the till to attend to dispatching the orders. The least she could have done was to politely excuse herself "Sorry ma'am may you please give me 2 minutes to dispatch customer orders ". I wouldn't have disagreed or refused . 2-She came back to her till,no greetings or appologies nothing whatsoever. 3-I made my order of the streetwise mix and an Ice cream Oreo. I was told by her that the free earphones are finished and that the ice cream mix is wet. I went on to ask her how long it will take before the ice cream mix is firm enough . Her response was "She doesnt know,she doesnt work with the machines her job is the till" I asked her to repeat what she said of which she did. Now tell me something KFC if her as an employee does not know anything about the ice cream machine how am I supposed to know as a customer? This is happening with a lot of attitude coming from her . I then asked her to process the order .

4-I asked her what her name is as I do not appreciate her tone,her attitude and her approach in which she answered my question about the machine . She blatantly refused to disclose her name and soon after I asked for the manager again she refuse to call her for me.

I left to wait for my order and was assisted by a very polite gentleman whose name is Trevor (atleast he had a name bage) . Trevor then politely told me they have ran out of napkins and earphones. I understood and appreciated his tone I then asked him to call out the manager for me of which he did.

A lady by the name Florah came through and assisted me. Right after Agreement saw the manager /supervisor and I talking she immediately put her name badge on.

I do not for a single minute appreciate Agreements attitude towards me and her horrible service . I expect an appology and my earphones that come with the meal.
