Horrible service at KFC Sydenham. Kzn

I went to KFC with my family. Bought food and soft drinks. So unfortunately the drinks weren't available on that day we were then told to come another time to collect them.. I went there and asked politely to be assisted. The lady by the name of Andiswa shouted on top of her voice as loud as she could, made a laughing stock out of me in front of my daughter and told me to be serious about life and also said that's an old thing...

So my question is why was the meals sold to us because there wasn't enough stock. So that's the kind of behavior I get when I do what they said I should do.

The manager also came and he just starred at the lady and said nothing..

I always heard people complaining about rudeness of KFC staff. Today I experienced it myself... Thank you
