Horrible service at KFC Quagga

I went to buy food at KFC Quagga centre and a lady named Musiwalo gave us a horrible attitude. She was very slow and she also insisted i was not first in the quee in order to help first the other customer she is fami**** with. She wss swearing while sharing with other colleagues. Managers there, please talk to her
