Horrible Service at KFC, maitland, Cape Town

Hi I was at this said kfc yesterday Monday 11 November 2019. I had ordered quite a few items as well. I unfortunately waited for over 30min just to get my order. To make matters worse people that arrived way after me received their orders before mine as well. I then enquired only to be told they are still waiting on wings which nobody bothered to say until I actually enquired why my order was taking so long. I am disappointed and also had 2 children who were also hungry and waiting. I hate this kfc, because it is not the first time I am disappointed on their service. I will however inform everybody I know not to go there.
