Horrible service at KFC

KFC Birch Acres. The service here is really horrible, waiting for over 40mins in drive through when there was only two cars infront of us. When we got to place our order the cashier helping us was not pleasant with us. And when we went to the window to pick up our order on the next window we waited a further 20mins and when we got our order it was incomplete and no one was there to rectify it so we had to wait even longer to get assistance. We were very hungry and I personally feel like we shouldn’t be waiting that long to get assistance on drive thru and to even get food. And the least they could have done is atleast have better service if they are going to keep people waiting and then mess up their order.

I will definitely not be going to back to that kfc.
