Horrible Service at Evander KFC

I went to KFC Evander yesterday and when I got to the till, a lady named Precious I think assisted me. I asked for a hawaiin twister and I asked her to make it hot (zinger) and she laughed at me and said there is no such. I explained to her that I have been previously assisted before and they made it that way and she sent me to another guy named Njabulo and said her system will not allow her to do that. I went to Njabulo and I was assisted. After some time they called my order (nr 244) but when I got to the counter, I was told that my order was not ready and that I needed to go back to the queue. I waited there and another lady snapped at her finger to call me, when I got there she asked for my slip and did not say anything. I gave it to her and not knowing what she was doing with it. After a long time, i was given my food. When i got home I realized that they added ice on my drink after I specifically asked them not to, and my twister was just a normal twister and not hot. I feel that they should have advised me that they weren't able to give me what I want. Imagine being pregnant, heavily craving for something and only to get something you did not want. I am so disappointed in KFC Evander!
