Horrible Service at BEDFORD CENTER KFC

Received terrible service from a staff member named Jane at KFC BEDFORDVIEW yesterday. We got there and were helped by a very helpful cashier, who assisted with making our food order 384 (3 x box for one). She had to leave the station without packing them in a bag and had to help a customer that was placing an order. I then iasked Jane to please give us the order. She turned slowly and rollinh her eyes to confirm with the cashier, which I had no problem with. From there Jane and her colleague were our right rude, making inappropriate jokes about us while we stood there just waiting as she took her time to give is what had already been packed and ready. The queue was so long, people were fed up. To make matters worse she swaps what was packed for me with another box for one, as I requested her to please make sure that all my orders had thighs, she said to me i must do it myself. We left and we didn't even receive serviettes, salt or even a packet of tomato sauce.
