Horrible service and unhygienic store

I ordered on the kfc app today and after my money was deducted I was informed that my order was canceled And that I was told to wait 7-14 working day and this is not the first time l am still waiting for a R268 refund from a few months ago really not fair I then went to the branch in bishop lavis were I ordered from and was told that they cannot do anything about it.While I was standing there I was shocked not one off the staff was wearing gloves while preparing the food the burger lady was scratching in her nose while packing the burgers very unhygienic. I waited for an hour before I eventually got my food and it is very unprofessional this was my last time I would ever order from them
