Horrible service and long waiting time.

The KFC closes at 11pm. We arrived at around 20:40. Our order was taken incorrectly. When we got to the collection window, we asked the lady to correct it. She said we need to wait 10 minutes for our order and that she would bring our refund for the incorrect items when she brings our order. We agreed to wait. It has since been 25 minutes. When the lady eventually brought our order, she hadn’t even apologised for the delay and inconvenience.
