Horrible service and incorrect order .

What a horrible service experienced for an establishment in such a huge and busy place like that I placed an order 10h58 only to get it 11h20 the staff was busy chit chatting while only 2 people were assisting . My order was ready for collection but when i got to the lady that was assisting order was not ready from those ladies who were busy chit chatting about their personal things . After the lady begged them for a couple of times to do my order i found the order was incorrect i ordered dunked crunch burger only to be served a crunch burger that was not even up to kfc standards . Very disappointed .
