Horrible service and food

Horrible service and food received. We had to return twice to the KFC Plattekloof as they forgot to include a meal in our order. We then received the incorrect order with incorrect labels (zinge/normal). In addition the chips were stale. This is not the first time they have messed up our order and provided stale food, but we tried to give the outlet a second chance yet we received the same experience.
