Horrible service and experience Phoenix

<p>Those nose picking unhygienic staff will leave you pulling out your hair as you are told after you pay that they do not have CHICKEN. and you take wings and burger meals and it takes 45 minutes to deliver and it was poorly set and tasted off. there are never any happy faces EVER. the Management are all a bunch of ***** who are still getting back to me from 3 weeks ago. i do not understand how such a reputable franchise can be so ill-managed. I had also purchased the mash and gravy which had a white powder base. they did not even want to replace that yet clearly it was manufactured by them. I am disgusted by their poor unsanitary ill-managed establishment. </p> <p>They could really use the durban north branch to set their bar. </p> <p> </p>
