Horrible service and etiquette @ KFC in Pelican Park

On Saturday 09/11/2019 I visited KFC in Pelican Park, and all I can say is wow what horrible service. I bought myself and daughter ice cream and the cashier didnt even have the decency to tell me that she did no have change and instead gave me R10's worth on 10 cent pieces. I then refused to take it and she and here colleagues where laughing and discussing me in their own language. I then asked to speak to the manager and she was not of any help either, she said she would sort it out and walked away.
