Horrible service and Disgusting Food

I've bought here three times over the past two months, as I work close-by. I've learned to rather walk into the mall and avoid this KFC. Why does it take two employees to review an order? I waited long for any service while two employees were reviewing an order, without acknowledging me they threw out the take-away meal on the counter and repacked it. Poor customer, having to eat chips that fell on the counter and repacked in the bag. I've also had the experience of dry burgers and cold chips.

Please help this KFC branch. They dont know what the hell they are doing and have no training in customer service.
