Horrible service

KFC N1 City, I ordered one meal, they did a double deduction on my account, and then the order was declined, they reversed the one amount and I have been asking a manager to phone me 50times, each time a different consultant gives me the same bulls*t answer, after I’ve sent them the statement to prove that the other amount is still outstanding and my bank just keeps telling me KFC did the deduction so they have to pay! I want my money back, no food no pay!
