Horrible service

Very terrible service at KFC Carlton This is not the 1st time this horrible experience happens.Today I send 2 of my staff member to buy a hot wing snack at chicken Licken unfortunately he went to KFC and he did explain to the cashier that his not sure if his at the right place and he said he wants a hot wing snack the cashier suppose to tell him that no we don't sell that he gave him a meal for R65 of which the hot wing snack is R30, I didnt even open the meal I saw the packaging and say please take it back then they refuse but now, my question is how long this terrible service will end here? Or it's because we are blacks? I went there fuming and left everything that means KFC has ****** me my R100 and I didn't even take a thing from them all I needed was to get my R100 back and go buy a snack for R30 I hate this KFC 1st time I bought box 1 and they gave me ducked wings and my allergies reacted, I no longer eat KFC now all I want is my refund
