Horrible service

Yesterday I went to buy a meal at Mayibuye commercia kfc. I placed my order (9 piece and colnel burger) I wasn't aware that the burger comes with a drink. That was a take away. Now when my order arrives they give me a cup coldrink, I asked if I can add and get a bottle coldrink the cashier said you will pay more I said is ok, I the looked at the menu, I saw that I can swap for water then I asked for still water.

They pointed a guy that will assist, the guy wasn't willing to help, he told me that I'm wrong I should learn to read. He even asked what are they going to do with the coldrink, he kept on arguing with me while I was showing him that I also have shopping bags and the cashier did not explain any options for me, I was going to drink it but unfortunately is not mine. He told me to wait and move from the teller. I felt manipulated he them brought still water and kept on blaming me infront of customers and cashiers. No one had a name badge but I asked for his name they said is Mmatlou.

When I left I forgot my order because I was heartbroken. The other customer helped is then I return to fetch my order, the very same guy continued arguing. I don't think is the manager or supervisor because his customer service is horrible.
