Horrible Service

<p>KFC Kempton Park, Monument Road.... The manager Nthabiseng attacked us because we questioned why there had been no ice cream avaialable for the past month and why they did not have the mini loaf. Instead of apologising and explaining properly she was shouting at us. Customer Service s****s are clearly not a part of her duties as a MANAGER. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.</p>
