Horrible service

I ordered online from KFC Sanbury Square Khayelitsha and the driver first took it to the wrong address and was rude to me on the phone. I phoned the restaurant and the staff were not helpful and had me wait on the phone for very long. They promised to get another bdriver to bring my food.m, hours passed and it did not happen. They did not even bother to call me and let me know what was happening. It is a day later, I haven't received my food or my money. This was the most awful and dehumanizing service I have ever received.
