Horrible service

Good day

This KFC is utterly useless!!!!

Incident 1: (September) We ordered a meal and waited 45 minutes for it and there was still a burger missing from our order I went back and eventually got a burger which ended up being the wrong burger! After that I spent about 1 hour in that KFC just waiting for my correct order!

Incident 2: (September) Ordered a few meals and ended up receiving my orders and realizing that half of the order was missing, after waiting for 30 min. I then requested that I get the rest of the order that I had paid for and eventually got it again after another 30 min.

Incident 3: (October) Ordered through Mr delivery and ended up missing a buddy coke which I paid for, a burger with extra zinger sauce which I had also paid for, as well as a original recipe chicken that I requested should be a drumstick and got it and it was literally just bones and batter!!!! I’m utterly upset as I’ve tried phoning KFC Farrarmere 4 times and it just rings? What type of service is this??? Utterly disgusted
