Horrible Service

<p>I walked into KFC Blue Down on on 16/03/2017 at around 15:10 ordered my meal and while I was waiting for my meal another customer had a problem with her ice cream. I could see something was wrong with the ice cream as it was very waterish. The lady told the cashier "86 Mavis" that she wants to talk to the supervisor. Mavis then laughing at the customer playing the fool with her bringing out her colleagues as the supervisor. To my surprise the lady exactly knew who the supervisor is, wich tells me she also had a few bad experiences with your Blue Downs branch. There's forever a problem with orders. Incorrect orders, forget cooldrink ect. I'm disgusted by the service. Don't you people think it's better to sell this premises to McDonald's? </p>
