Horrible service!

This is the second time I have received horrible service from KFC York Street, George. When ordering from Mr D they have charged us the full receipt of the meals but when it got delivered there was only 2 ice cold burgers! (note the driver didn't even take long to get the order) the driver went back to get the rest of the meal and was answered by a staff member that they are shorted staffed and only handed him 2 cooldrinks! Extremely disappointed in the service not to mention the poor driver fron Mr D that had to also experience this issue!
