Horrible service

Went to the food outlet to order 9 piece bucket and their service was below poor.The guy who assisted me,Donald didn't even adhere to the food hygiene policy in other words,no hairnet or hand gloves were worn and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my order to be processed.
