horrible service

<p>i went to kfc in randburg next to the taxi rank to buy ice cream,i had to wait for 30 mins only to tell me that they dont have cups,i approached to ask whats going on ,she said she doesnt know as she was not working the previous day,they uesd the cups for crushes without asking me if im fine with that ,i asked for my money and the manager by the name of nhlanhla was very very rude i had to wait for further 30 minutes to get refunded...not happy with the service will never go there agian ,the staff and their manager are so rude and they dont care about customers</p>
