Horrible service

<p>I was just by KFC Somerset Mall. After countless re correcting my order as the woman rung my order up as 4 different orders I receive my order only to find that the gravy I ordered had run out all over the packet. I give it back to the woman and she "cleans" it up. All she did was wipe the top of the top box. Didn't refill my gravy, give me a clean bag or even give me new napkins. The bottom of the bag still filled with gravy and napkins all soggy. I am horrified with this service. I have never in my life had such bad service. And I'm supposed to pay for this. Ridiculous!</p>
