horrible service

I'm very dissapointed with the horrible service I received from Reuben at kfc Randburg in Salam mall,I had a 45 min lunch and went there to buy lunch on the 26 March 2015 and I asked him how long will the order take,he said I won't have to wait as street wise 2 is a fast service then he dissappeared for 10 min and came back without my order,when I asked him about my order he now said it's on the queue,while I was still waiting for my order another gig came and bought street wise 2 from him and he gave his his order immediately which I couldn't understand so I called for his manager and explain my station to him and he just ask if my order was ready now and told my what I already knew that I have received a bad service and his sorry.worse when I got to work I received a wrong order not the pieces I ordered at all<br> <br>
