Horrible service

I ordered kfc on whatsapp at the park rynie branch. An hour later I go to pick up my order, when I collected the order and got home I realized the store did not seal the gravy properly and everything fell over. I then went to scottburgh branch and the attitude of women there Siyanda was absolutely horrible because the cashier asked her to get the manager to void and modify the order she started shouting and speaking in Zulu as if it was a problem. She then went to the back and came out the cashier asked her again and she was still ill mannered about the whole incident. The cashier apologized about the lady's rude behavior and I'm grateful for her service but the service at kfc is just getting so terrible I'm very disappointed because we are always buying from there
