Horrible service

I ordered food from kfc on the 24.10.21 at 21h20. The order went through, they deducted from my credit card and I received an sms from kfc stating that my order will be delivered in 30 minutes. After about 10 minutes I received a call from kfc stating that they cannot deliver as all the drivers have left, but he will see what he can do and call me back. Never did I receive a call back nor did I get a refund whatsoever
