Horrible service

So disappointed.ordered a meal over the phone. Received it 2 hours later instead of the 45 - 60 minutes they promised. Realised just after the delivery man drove off that my meal is incomplete. Called the driver,he didn't answer. I called the store and was promised that they will inform the driver to return to my house to deliver what was missing from my meal.the driver never came back so I paid for food i never received.
