Horrible service

I went to KFC 17th Quarter in Walmer and bought family treat, with wings as sides. There was no notice that I would have to wait for the wings. When I got to the order collection window I was told that I will have to wait for a few minutes and when I asked how long is the few minutes, Sino went to the back and never came back. I then had to hoot because I needed to go to the bathroom. The second lady that came back said they could not let me in to the store because they were already closed. She then called the manager, who also reharshed the same thing and said the waiting time would be 5 minutes. I then requested cancellation of my order and the bathroom and finally said I could go inside. I still waited for 10 minutes after going to the bathroom.
