Horrible service

this has happened to me twice. I ordered a meal to be delivered from Dainfern square kfc, the order tracking said the order is on its way and then the order was cancelled. I app**** a voucher of R110 which was not returned, called them and they advised that they will escalate and the return of my in 7 to 14 working days
