Horrible service

Went to KFC store in Grey Owl Village Centre. When ordering was not told they were busy preparing the chicken but when asked 10min later about the order the answer were they are busy cooking the chicken. This could have been said when order were placed. After another 10min and speaking to the manager the could not remember the order and I had to provide them with the order for them to give me my order. In the meantime while we were waiting for our order the drive through kept moving and there were no problem with chicken when ordering from the drive though. People after ordering received their orders before ours and this is unacceptable from store like this. Can you please log a complaint against this store and provide feedback on the outcome.
