Horrible service

Yesterday I took my friend to KFC in BlueDowns , CPT . We ordered our food and we left to get stuff at another store. When we got back after 45min our order was not found and we showed that guy our slip . They didn’t even apologise, they said they can find it so we will have to wait . We waited for another 15-20 min by the time the order came it was small pieces .
