Horrible service

KFC Savanna Polokwane 1st: at every KFC in Polokwane they make you stop before the start order sensor. At 19:30 on the 27/2/2018 after waiting 15min in the drive-thru and a lady with a menu asks your order which is send thru to the paying receiver and then getting to the errilivent person, and then get told to wait another 10min for chicken, I have already waited 15min in a drive thru just to be told this!!!A KFC that normally gets seen as KFC of the year. My order was cancelled as a result of this and hoping that the service will improve, please contact me on this number ********** 020 for more comment, if not contacted the matter will be placed further on social media as KFC Polokwane. Hoping to hear from head office ASAP and not the relevant Branch.
