Horrible service

KFC New road North on route to PTA has horrible service. One guy Patrick was very rude to us even raising his voice at us making scene. They didn't pack our whole order we had to u-turn at ollifants then turn at Allendale back to kfc to a rude guy who didn't even apologize for their mistake. A lady Maria was kind and tried to calm the situation but Patrick was horrible.
