horrible service

I placed my order inside the store and stood waiting for it. Customers ordering after me all received their order, but mine was not coming. I enquired with Jabu as to what the problem is. She started talking in Zulu to her kitchen staff, but never answered my question. After another 2 minutes and 13 minutes in total I asked for an answer again. She threw a tray down to show her irritation and did not answer me again. Absolutely shocking. My hard earned money will never be spent there again.
