Horrible Service

Horrible service experienced at KFC Alex Mall. I orders 3 meals which comes with drinks. When I wanted to collect them I was told that they don't know how I will hold my drinks. Then I asked if there is no plan they can make, the lady then told me that what was I thinking buying these drinks I should have bought a can. I then asked how is it my fault that they don't have things to hold the drinks and she said I should not make my problem her problem. We then started exchanging words and swearing at Each other infront of other customers. KFC Alex Mall has the worst service ever they taking people for granted. Even the support Department does not respond to my emails as they requested the picture of how I hold my drinks. Mind due when I got home the drinks where half .
