HORRIBLE POOR SERVICE!!!! 🤮

Poor service!!!!! This is the second time that kfc has messed up my order. The first occasion , kfc sandown did not give me the correct order and the zing wings were missing from my order. The second occasion occurred today , I ordered on the app from kfc table view, payment was deducted immediately, it’s been over an hour and I haven’t received my order. I called the customer care line . I’m put on hold , I call back and informed that they waiting for feedback from their delivery team? This is the most disgusting and unacceptable customer service. Worst experience , it is so off putting. I still haven’t received any feedback from their customer care. I will never order from this franchise again due to their poor service.
