Horrible online service

Making a online order was a total disappointment. After making payment I don't receive a confirmation for more than an hour.had to call them to ask what's happening with my order and they tell me their system is offline and money will be reversed after 24 hours ..its not the 1st time they did this and even worse the last time I didn't recover my refund
