Horrible no assistance no delivery no refund

On 20 September 2024 ordered food on the app for delivery from Fochville KFC. Waited waited received messages that food was delivered - but I did not receive anything. Phoned a few times no answer. Phoned customer care line - they said they would give feedback absolutely nothing. Drove to the store - delivery service provider has issues so sorry no refund no food. But they will refund later. Horrible pittyfull what do you call this sies man.
