Horrible Montrose KFC

On the 11th of October, I was traveling to Durban via Harrismith and I bought the Boxmaster meal from KFC. I'm disappointed to say the wrap got burnt when they were pressing it. They still continued packaging it and giving it to the customer though they could clearly see that it was impossible to eat it. I had to throw it away and endure the hunger until Durban. I complained on Facebook and the branch called me, the lady claimed that she will get back to me with a resolution, which she has not done until today. Are they lowkey hoping that I let it go? What upsets me the most is that it's not the first time KFC disappoints me. They even decided to ignore my complaints on Facebook.
