Horrible KFC Service and food.

Good Day This review is for Kfc Musgrave in Durban and their horrible service, firstly i placed an online order on the 26 April 2023 and was told that the delivery will be within 30 minutes, i was called and told that they are waiting for a delivery guy and my order will get to me shortly, i understood and was fine with this, the order only came through to me after 1 hour, which was okay when i received my order i took it straight inside the office as i was rushing and the delivery guy left, I then opened the bag and saw that everything was upside down, the large chips was out of the box, The 4 crunch burgers that i ordered was dry,horrible,small and the chicken was not cook properly, totally deceiving from the images provided, on the applicationthere was only 1 small piece of chicken and a horrible old stock lettuce with a dry bun no sauce,etc, i am totally and really disappointed in this pathetic service and terrible food that i have received and i would like this issue to be resolved, i am a loyal kfc customer and i am always buying kfc and i surely do not receive this service from othe kfc branches.
