Horrible kfc

Hi

I bought kfc at one of youre stores yesterday and it was terrible..

my family was looking forward to taste kfc after such a long time of not having tasted it due to lockdown but it was the worse mistake ever

First they did not have the pops for the meal I ordered and then when they gave the food the mash had no flavour or colour

The chicken was dry and burned with absolutely no kfc taste to it, the chips was also old and dried out.

When i received the food and queried specifically about the mash the cashier said that's all they had

I left and when I got home i saw how horrible the rest of the meal was

My family did not even eat the food and it was a complete waste of time money

I am honestly very disappointed and I have taken pics of the food to show you the state the food was in

We always buy kfc for the family but after this incident i dont think we will ever buy from Kfc
